A Fireside Chat with the NIST Manufacturing Extension Partnership ( MEP): Cybersecurity Resources for Small to Medium-Sized Manufacturers

Join us for a 30-minute fireside conversation with the NIST MEP Program Office on May 2, 2024. We will highlight the cybersecurity resources offered to the country’s small and medium-sized manufacturers ( SMMs) during this webinar.

Data, information, and technologies are becoming more and more important to SMMs in order to run their businesses effectively and competitively. An increased cybersecurity threat surface to the company and the entire supply chain to which they contribute results from this increased reliance on technology and connectivity.

It can be difficult to protect an SMM’s assets from cybersecurity threats. However, many organizations can more easily take simple steps to defend their information and systems because these organizations frequently have less complex information technology ( IT ) and operational tech ( OT ) infrastructures. &nbsp,

By offering advice, solutions, and training that are doable, cost-effective options, the MEP National Network aids manufacturers of all sizes in managing their cybersecurity and privacy risks. &nbsp,

We’ll have a lengthy discussion to offer attendees during this webinar:

  • a brief overview of the MEP National Network
  • An overview of the resources and services offered by MEP cybersecurity
  • Simple actions an SMM can take to control their cybersecurity risks
  • details on where to find an MEP Center in your neighborhood

At the webinar’s conclusion, we’ll set aside time to address any questions.
