Cencora disclosed in a Form 8-K filing with the SEC that a cyberattack led to data theft.

According to the SEC filing,” On February 21, 2024, Cencora, Inc. ( the” Company” ), information from its information systems had been allegedly strewn through, some of which may contain personal information.

According to Cencora, they were the ones who handled the incident and are now conducting an investigation with law enforcement, external cybersecurity experts, and external counsel.

In February of this year, a ransomware group known as Lorenz previously claimed to have breached Cencora&nbsp while the business was still known as AmerisourceBergen, claiming to have allegedly hacked into data from the Animal Health division.
