Vigor Marine LLC., Portland, Oregon, is awarded$ 21, 198, 656 firm- fixed- price contract ( N3220524C4007 ) for a 93- calendar day shipyard availability for a mid- term availability of Military Sealift Command’s hospital ship USNS Mercy ( T- AH 19 ). This contract includes a base period and options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to$ 21, 711, 746. Work will be performed in Portland, Oregon, beginning March 15, 2024, and is expected to be completed by June 15, 2024. With a focus on the Triton and Stingray Unmanned Aircraft Systems, this contract offers high-fidelity analysis performance predictions for sensors created for both manned and unmanned aircraft. In support of the Small Business Innovation Research Phase III effort for Topic N131-065 entitled” Automating Unmanned and Manned Sensor Performance in Demanding Tactical Environments,” this contract also offers radar design, performance studies, technical support for all phases of Naval Air Systems Command programs, including sensor development, validation and verification, development and operational test, and pre-planned product improvements. According to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302- 1, this was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U. S. Code 2922 ( a ). This contract is 18 years long and has no option periods. With a delivery order end date of Sept. 1, 2041, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia are the locations of performance. Army, Air Force, and Marine Corps all use military services. Operations and maintenance funds from fiscal 2024 through 2041 are examples of appropriations. With just one response, this was a competitive acquisition. There are no option periods during this five-year contract. Jan. 13, 2029, is the end of the ordering period. REDUCTION AGENCY DEFENSE THREAT

Kyrus Tech Inc., Sterling, Virginia, has been given a maximum contract worth$ 200,000, 000,000 for indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity ( HDTRA1- 24, D 0001 ), with an initial five-year base ordering period and an additional five years of optional ordering periods. The contract permits task orders of a firm fixed price and cost plus fixed fee type. In order to combat the proliferation of WMDs, the contract calls for research, development, testing, and evaluation.
